How to get kudos?
Your time at OVHcloud has already brought you quite a bundle of memories, hasn’t it?
Now, they also enable you to get kudos, depending on your seniority and the tiers below.
Good to know
If you reached 5 years of seniority or more as of August 31, 2023, you will get 1,500 kudos this year!
Have you already passed the milestone of 10 or 15 years of seniority (and you still call OVHcloud ‘OVH’ 😀)?
If so, you will continue to enjoy additional kudos in 2025 and 2026*!
* assuming active status at the start of the 2025 and 2026 option periods.
How to enjoy your kudos?
You have from April 15, 2024 (4:00 am CEST) to May 3, 2024 (5:59 pm CEST) to select how you want to use your kudos.
Do all 3 options appeal to you? Choose exactly what you like, down to the last euro!
How to make your choices?
You can choose up to 3 options or all of them.
The choice is entirely yours and may be adjusted at any time until May 3, 2024 (11:59 pm CEST). #Tick #Tock
- Each option has its own specificities (contributions, fees, etc.), defined by the country of residence.
- The default option is payment. Without your choice by May 3, 2024 (11:59 pm CEST), the total amount corresponding to all your kudos will be paid to you in the month of June 2024, in accordance with your local payroll administrator.
- The exchange rate according to the Central Bank on May 31, 2024 will be used to convert the amount to local currency.
EXAMPLE
1 kudos = 1.3 euro
I received 1,500 kudos, corresponding to the value of €1,950, before taxes & charges.
I have decided to
- Receive €650* as a payment
- Choose €650** in gift cards
- Invest €650*** in actions OVHcloud
*Assuming charges of 7.65% and a tax rate of 37%, the amount will be €650 - €49.73 (charges) - €240.50 (taxes). The net amount paid = €359.77.
