As you know, a little goes a long way. 😉
You are free to swap some or all your kudos for gift cards.
It will be considered taxable income and subject to applicable taxes and withholdings and deducted from the June 2024 pay slip.

1 kudos = 1.3 euro
I received 1,500 kudos, corresponding to the value of €1,950, before taxes & charges.
I have decided to receive the full amount in gift cards.
Social charges and tax will apply on the €1,950 value of this gift card.
Assuming charges of 7.65% on the €1,950 allocated to gift cards (€149.18) and 37% tax (€721.50).
