You are free to swap some or all your kudos for money.
This amount will be paid to you in the month of June 2025, under the heading ‘Kudos Program’ or another code depending on your local payroll administrator.
It will be considered taxable income and subject to applicable taxes and withholdings and deducted from the June 2025 payroll.

I received 1,500 kudos, corresponding to the value of €1,950, before taxes & charges.
I have decided to receive payment for the full amount.
Assuming charges of 7.65% and a tax rate of 37%, the amount will be €1,950 - €149.18 (charges) - €721.50 (taxes).
The net amount paid = €1,079.32.
