In practice, you will receive on your securities account held with Uptevia a number of OVHcloud shares calculated based on the market price on May 31, 2024. In the event of fractional shares, the surplus will be paid to you in cash.

As there is no lock-up period, your assets remain accessible. You have the option to:
- Keep your assets for as long as you like;
- Request the payment of your assets in full or in part.
You will not know the price of at the time you choose to invest all or part of the proceeds from the exchange of your kudos.

1 kudos = 1.3 euro
I received 1,500 kudos, corresponding to the value of €1,950, before taxes & charges.
I have decided to invest the full amount in actions OVHcloud.
Tax and social contributions will apply on the amount of €1,950.
Assuming charges of 7,65% on the amount of €1,950 (€149.18) and 37% tax (€721.50).
OVHcloud is responsible for administration costs. Amounts are not blocked.
How much can be invested?
There is no minimum investment.
At maximum, you can invest all your kudos.
What are the risks?
Investment in OVHcloud shares listed on Euronext Paris is not guaranteed. The value of your investment is dependent upon the performance of OVHcloud stock; if the share price falls, the value of your investment will follow a similar decline. You are therefore exposed to a risk of capital loss.
