You can use all or part of your kudos to invest in OVHcloud shares.
In practice, you will receive a number of OVHcloud shares in your Uptevia securities account, calculated based on the market price on May 29, 2026. In the event of fractional shares, the remaining amount will be paid to you in cash.
As there is no lock-up period, your shares remain accessible. You have the option to:
- Keep your shares for as long as you like;
- Request the payment of your shares in full or in part.
You will not know the stock price at the time you choose to invest.

1 kudos = 1.3 euro
I received 1,500 kudos, corresponding to the value of €1,950, before taxes & charges.
I have decided to invest the full amount in OVHcloud shares.
Tax and social contributions will apply on the amount of €1,950.
Assuming charges of 7.65%, the amount will be €1950 - €149.18 (charges). From that, you will deduct 37% in tax (€721.50), bringing the net amount to €1,079.33.
OVHcloud is responsible for administration costs. Shares are not locked.
How much can be invested?
There is no minimum investment.
The maximum is the total amount of kudos you get.
What are the risks?
Investment in OVHcloud shares listed on Euronext Paris is not guaranteed. The value of your investment is dependent upon the performance of OVHcloud stock. If the share price falls, the value of your investment will follow a similar decline. You are therefore exposed to a risk of capital loss.
