How to get kudos?
Your time at OVHcloud has already brought you quite a bundle of memories, hasn’t it?
Now, it also enables you to get kudos, depending on your seniority and the tiers below.
Good to know
If you have reached 5 years of seniority or 10 years or more by August 31, 2024, you will receive 1,500 kudos in the first case and 3,000 kudos in the second case this year!
Have you already passed the milestone of 15 years of seniority (and you still call OVHcloud ‘OVH’ 😀)?
So, you will continue to enjoy additional kudos in 2026*!
* provided that you are still working for the Group when the campaign is launched in 2026.
How to enjoy your kudos?
You can exchange your kudos from April 14, 2025 (10:00 CEST) to May 2, 2025 (23:59 CEST).
The 4 options appeal to you? Choose exactly what you like, down to the last penny!
How to make your choices?
You can choose to select only one option or all of them.
The choice is entirely yours and remains adjustable at any time until May 2, 2025 (23 h 59 CEST). #Tick #Tock
- Each option has its own specificities (contributions, fees, etc.), defined by the country of residence.
- The default option is payment. Without your choice by May 2, 2025 (23 h 59 CEST), the total amount corresponding to all your kudos will appear on your payslip for the month of June 2025, under the heading 'Kudos Program'.
- The exchange rate according to the Central Bank on April 11, 2025 will be used to convert the amount to local currency.
EXAMPLE
1 kudos = 1 euro
I received 1,500 kudos, corresponding to the value of €1,500, before taxes & charges.
I have decided to
- Receive €375(1) as a payment
- Choose €375(2) in gift cards
- Invest €375(3) in the FCPE OVHcloud Shares
- Donate €375(4) to the NGO Handicap International
(1) Assuming charges of 8% and a tax rate of 40%, the amount will be €375 - €30 (charges) - €150 (taxes).
The net amount paid = €195
(2) Gift cards of €375. Charges and tax will apply on this amount, same rates as for payment.
(3) Investment of €375 in FCPE OVHcloud Shares. Charges and tax will apply on this amount, same rates as for payment.
(4) Donation of €375 in NGO Handicap International. Charges and tax will apply on this amount, same rates as for payment.
