Gift cards
As you know, a little goes a long way. 😉
You are free to swap some or all your kudos for gift cards.
It will be subject to income tax as well as charges, that will be deducted from the June 2025 payroll.
Taxation varies by country, so you can find all relevant information here:
EXAMPLE
1 kudos = 1 euro
I received 1,500 kudos, corresponding to the value of €1,500, before taxes & charges.
Tax exemption up to €1,500. Beyond that, the excess will be taxable in the same manner as salary.
