Gift cards
As you know, a little goes a long way. 😉
You are free to swap some or all your kudos for gift cards.
It will be subject to income tax as well as charges, as a bonus and deducted from the June 2024 payslip.
Taxation varies by country, so you can find all relevant information for yours here:
EXAMPLE
1 kudos = 1 euro
I received 1,500 kudos, corresponding to the value of €1,500, before taxes & charges.
I have decided to receive the full amount in gift cards.
Social charges and tax will apply on the €1,500 value of the gift card.
Assuming charges of 8% on the €1,500 allocated to gift cards (€120) and 40% tax (€600).
