You are free to swap some or all your kudos for money.
This amount will appear on your payslip for the month of June 2025, under the heading ‘Kudos Program’.
It will be subject to income tax as well as charges, that will be deducted from June 2025 payroll.
Taxation varies by country, so you can find all relevant information for yours here:
EXAMPLE
1 kudos = 1 euro
I received 1,500 kudos, corresponding to the value of €1,500, before taxes & charges.
I have decided to receive payment for the full amount.
Assuming charges of 8% and a tax rate of 40%, the amount will be €1,500 - €120 (charges) - €600 (taxes).
The net amount paid = €780.
