How to get kudos?
Your time at OVHcloud has already brought you quite a bundle of memories, hasn’t it?
Now, they also enable you to get kudos, depending on your seniority and the tiers below.
Good to know
If you have reached 5 years of seniority or more as of August 31, 2023, you will get 1,500 kudos this year!
Have you already passed the milestone of 10 or 15 years of seniority (and you still call OVHcloud ‘OVH’ 😀)?
So, you will continue to enjoy additional kudos in 2025 and 2026*!
* provided that being still with the Group at the start of the 2025 and 2026 option periods.
How to enjoy your kudos?
You have from April 15, 2024 (10:00 am CEST) to May 3, 2024 (11:59 pm CEST) to swap your kudos.

How to make your choices?
You can choose to select only one option or all of them.
The choice is entirely your and remains adjustable at any time until May 3, 2024 (11:59 pm CEST). #Tick #Tock
- Each option has its own specificities (contributions, fees, etc.), defined by the country of residence.
- The default option is payment. Without your choice by May 3, 2024 (11:59 pm CEST), the total amount corresponding to all your kudos will appear on your payslip for the month of June 2024, under the heading 'Kudos Program'.
- The exchange rate according to the Central Bank on 31/05/2024 will be used to convert the amount to local currency.
EXAMPLE
1 kudos = 0.3 euro
I received 1,500 kudos, corresponding to the value of €450, before taxes & charges.

- Invest €150*** in the FCPE OVHcloud Shares
*Assuming tax of 30%. The amount will be €150 - €45 = €105. The net amount paid = €105.
**Tax exemption up to INR 5,000 per financial year (i.e., between April 1 and March 31). Beyond, the amount in excess will be subject to tax.
