As you know, a little goes a long way. 😉
You are free to swap some or all your kudos for gift cards.
It will be subject to income tax aas well as social security contributions, that will be deducted from the June 2026 payroll.
Since taxation varies by country, you can find all relevant information here:

1 kudos = 1 euro
I received 1,500 kudos, corresponding to a value of €1,500, before taxes & charges.
I have decided to receive the full amount in gift cards.
Tax and social contributions will apply on the €1,500 value of this gift card.
Assuming charges of 5.40% on the amount of €1,500 allocated to gift cards (€81) and 53.31% tax (€799.65).
