How to get kudos?
Your time at OVHcloud has already brought you quite a bundle of memories, hasn’t it?
Now, it also enables you to get kudos, depending on your seniority and the tiers below.
Good to know
If you have reached 5 years of seniority, 10 years, 15 years or more by August 31, 2025, you will receive 1,500 kudos in the first case, 3,000 kudos in the second case and 6,000 in the third case this year!
How to enjoy your kudos?
You can exchange your kudos from April 7, 2026 (10:00 CEST) to April 24, 2026 (23:59 CEST).

How to make your choices?
You can choose to select only one option or all of them.
The choice is entirely your and remains adjustable at any time until April 24, 2026 (11:59 pm CEST). #Tick #Tock
- Each option has its own specificities (contributions, fees, etc.), defined by the country where you tax domicile is located.
- The default option is payment. Without your choice by April 24, 2026 (11:59 pm CEST), the total amount corresponding to all your kudos will appear on your payslip for the month of June 2026, under the heading 'Kudos Program'.
- The exchange rate according to the Central Bank on April 2, 2026 will be used to convert the amount to local currency.
EXAMPLE
1 kudos = 1.2 euros
I received 1,500 kudos, a value of €1,800, before taxes & charges.

(1) Tax of 3.70%. The amount will be €450 - €16.65 = €433.35. The net amount paid = €433.35.
(2) No tax on Gift card of €450.
(3) No tax on your investment of €450.
(4) No tax on donating of €450 to Surfrider foundation
If value of the fringe benefit received in the year (1 April to 31 March) exceeds $AUD 2,000 for an FBT year, the ‘grossed up’ value of those benefits should be included in your income statement or payment summary.
